Cephalofair Games announces new staff

March 31, 2015

Things have been getting pretty crazy around here with the fulfillment of Forge War and the development of Gloomhaven, so I thought it was high time I recruit some help around the office. Up to this point, it's just been me handling everything and, let me tell you, it gets pretty exhausting. So, let me introduce you to the new staff! millie

Millicent Lee: Community Manager

Millie will be taking over all marketing and communications for Cephalofair Games. Sometimes I feel like I spend all day answering emails, so hopefully Millie will be able to shoulder some of that burden. If you have any questions about game rules or replacement parts, she'll be the one to talk to. She may seem grumpy at first, but that's only because she spends all day sleeping. She'll also be responsible for getting games out to reviewers and increasing visibilty on Board Game Geek. In addition, she'll be in charge of running booths at conventions. It's a really big job, so hopefully she'll get out of bed and start pulling her weight. trex

T-Rex: Creative Director

Though T-Rex might look like an inanimate stuffed dinosaur, he's actually a powerful creative force. He'll be using his expertise to spearhead the development of Gloomhaven and work on generating the massive amount of content needed for the game. There's a lot to get done, but I'm sure he's up to the task. During his application process, he proposed a very interesting scenario involving velociraptors eating Samuel L. Jackson. steve

Crystal Steve: VP of Finances

Crystal Steve may be a fish, but he's by far the smartest fish I've ever met (though, to be fair, I haven't met many fish). Steve will bring his financial expertise to the company to make sure I don't run it into the ground. He'll be in charge of planning the next Kickstarter campaign and make sure the numbers add up, especially when we get into stretch goal territory and I start promising the moon. He'll also be responsible for figuring out how to pay 3 new employees, because I certainly don't know how we're going to do it. With these fresh new faces, I'm very optimistic about the future of Cephalofair Games. If everything goes as planned, I should be able to sit around and play Mage Knight all day long while Forge War is fulfilled and released for retail and Gloomhaven is developed and launched on Kickstarter. Sounds pretty great to me!
